We had Sam and Leon do our move from house into storage. They we absolutely exceptional. On time, efficient,... hardworking, and careful. They worked tirelessly to effectively pack all of our belongings safely into a storage unit, and maintained a positive and upbeat demeanor throughout the difficult move. We also had a vacate clean performed and was 95% happy with the job, with only a few cobwebs that had been forgotten. Had a fantastic experience with Mooval. Talking to Frank, I knew Mooval was the way to go, Frank was eloquent and... funny. The quote was very reasonably priced for a 7 hour job (4 hrs travel time). Laf and Mon were fantastic movers, chatted to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable and packed everything super fast, even taped up some of the boxes I forgot to tape properly. Mooval was absolutely amazing with our interstate move. We have a baby and were moving just before Christmas and I felt... absolutely no stress with our move. They came and packed our apartment up for us, then swiftly packed everything into the truck and headed off to Canberra. We then arrived the next day and they unpacked everything so quickly. The whole experience would have been so different if I had used Mooval. Everyone I was in contact with was so friendly and kind and they made an effort to make the experience as seamless as possible for us, even when I was constantly unsure when our move date would be. This is the third time we have used Mooval this year and today Kimmie and Pedro brought all our possessions from... storage to our house. It was a very, very hot, humid day but the guys worked tirelessly, didn't stop for anything and at our house they put everything where we wanted, were very helpful and stayed cheerful and friendly all the time. Everyone we dealt with had a super positive attitude, nothing too much trouble. Our move date pushed out many times... over many months and when we were finally ready at very short notice, Frank booked us in on our preferred date! The packers Julie & Tania, were warm & friendly and worked tirelessly & quickly to pack up a LOT of boxes. They took great care and I felt extremely confident in their hands. The 3 moving boys were an absolute treasure. They had to lift some very heavy pieces up many stairs. They were like a machine, all very fit & strong, nothing too much trouble, I truly believe they thrive on challenge!!
